  7. This program requires Windows 3.1 in order to run. Instructions
  8. for installing SoundDemo are in SndVert.doc which should be with
  9. this program. SoundDemo is freeware and can be copied and 
  10. distributed without fear of prosecution (but you already knew
  11. that <g>). All I ask is if you use SoundDemo that you register
  12. the program by one of the methods mentioned in the documentation.
